The free shuttle service
Our shuttle service will take you safely and free of charge from the PSD BANK DOME parking garage to Düsseldorf Airport (parking lot P12a) and of course pick you up there again; the journey time is about 9 minutes.
All passengers with a valid reservation confirmation will be transported by our shuttle service within the specified entry and exit times. Of course, all passengers on the last flight landing in Düsseldorf will be picked up - no matter how late the plane lands.
The PARKITA shuttle bus stop at the airport is located in parking lot P12a below parking garage P2. Inside the terminal on the arrivals level, follow the signs to the “Hotel Sheraton” until you reach exit “D”. Leave the terminal via exit “D” and walk straight ahead across the crosswalk. Turn right immediately after the elevators (direction “luggage storage / lost and found office”). Now walk straight ahead for approx. 30 meters to the PARKITA stand. You've made it!
Reserving and parking made easy:
with automatic license plate recognition
Simply reserve your parking spot at Düsseldorf Airport via our website. You will receive your reservation confirmation by email. To enter the parking garage, simply drive slowly up to the entrance barrier. As soon as the system has recognized your license plate, a parking ticket will be dispensed from the machine at the entrance barrier (see image above). Please take the parking ticket, and the barrier will open for you to enter. Before you exit, simply pay in cash or by debit/credit card at the payment machine. Of course, you will also receive a receipt there showing the amount of the parking fees.
